Horrible place to live

Luving in a back alley would be a vast improvement over this cesspool of a mobile home park! Bed bugs, roaches, a drug dealer ever 4 trailers. Overdoses , at least 1 a week. Shootouts, robberies. You name it its here! Raw sewage under your trailer, and no water for hours and hours. This place is a joke. If you try to voice your concerns to management you will be threatened and they make you feel like dirt! Dont walk away...run!!!

The maintenance Is horrible the staff is not professional they don’t give a crap they just want the money. this place is infested with roaches it’s disgusting and the homes are weak they break down fast. the staff don’t care they make you pay so much for what. it’s not a safe place to live don’t waste your money or time it’s garbage. I WARN YOU DONT MOVE HERE ITS A LIE...

I was very much interested in renting one of the homes you had advertised- until I drove thru your complex. I’ve never seen the likes of trash around most homes. I had such high hopes - exactly what I was looking for - until I saw the outside and surrounding areas.
