May 12, 2023I've lived here 2 years and it gets better and better now with the new ownership. Great friendly and responsive management team. Maintenance goes beyond call duty and fulfills work orders in very timely manner. The staff, especially yenela and Stephanie, assures that any issue I bring to her attention, maintenance and more gets handled efficiently. Don't move here
February 28, 2023This was an experience on all levels.This apartments has been owned 5 times by 5 different people.They have mold in the apartments and all they do is paint over it.Rent going up but I had rodents and no one did anything to help or keep me and my family safe.The General Manager don't care at all she look at you crazy.No kind of empathy.All of them are Rude and disrespect.Property Manager Responded

Beware do not rent here 2022
April 21, 202219 hours agoNEW Horrible I Repeat Horrible DO NOT RENT THESE APARTMENTS… SHOOTING EVERY NIGHT , They have Roaches and rats …. The swimming pool does not exist at all it’s dirty and they leak the water throughout the apartments . No laundry ROOM ITS ALL A LIE they built a park that’s no even safe for the children!!! All the mailsboxs get breaking into , don’t believe me Go CHECK FOR YOUR SELF … MOLD AND MELDEW in the WALLS .. THEY JUST WENT UNDER NEW Management and they have renovated some ...apartments without even fixing painting it’s completely unacceptable…. The violence the shooting stabbing cops knocking on your door .. IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN I RECOMMEND YOU DONT LIVE HERE …. Police Every Day …. Maintenance don’t fix anything they don’t follow up they sit around talking in the parking lot they’re rude they’re not approachable I lived here for about seven years and I’ve never seen such horrible horrible maintenance service… They’re going up on the rent and the apartments are not worth it I wish somebody would’ve told me what I’m sharing please don’t move there you will have no peace at all… They are under new management right now they trying to paint fix the Outside like the steps or the windows but honestly inside these apartments are completely disgusting the ones that they’re renovating now they’re not even fixing it completely they’re painting stuff over broken and damage mildew mold you name it do not live hereProperty Manager Responded
