Apts are very affordable but with that comes a lot of maintenance issues that are not address properly. The worst being the air conditioning system. I placed several request and always told it was just too hot to feel the air inside lol. Decided to move out after 2 years. Another issue I had is that kids are out late and most of the time playing up front , like where u Park, playing with soccer balls or football sorry but it’s annoying just to think they will hit ur car. the 2 yr spend there staff has changed every 4-5 months a new office personnel was there and of course the previous one never passed on ur issues or said something that the new person states is incorrect. Good luck moving in
