Rent has kept going up but quality of living has not. Yes there are "new" appliances and flooring but that doesn't mean it's good. I put in a maintenance request for the moon craters in the parking lot and they filled them with loose gravel. Moon craters have returned. Management gives 0 notice for maintenance. The last 3 times the water got shut off there was little or no notice. Every maintenance request I have placed except 1 was marked completed but no one came to fix the issue. Management is ...
unresponsive. Neighbors are loud. I would never recommend this apartment to anyone.
