June 20, 2025Overall Valley View Townes is a nice place to live. It sits in the beautiful small town and not to far from the malls, shopping centers etc. I have been here since the homes were first being rented out, my family and I were the first residents in our unit. I have seen a dramatic decline in the quality here due to the rotation of new tenants. The overall problem is THE TEENAGERS , not all of them but a huge amount have become a problem. They leave trash all over the property, disrespect your ...personal space, curse and the list goes on. In my opinion they are bringing the value down, and although I don't have a problem with management here, it seems thee parents of these teens have no control regardless of threats or fines from the property. November 19, 2024So I was sold moving here based on the walking trail , the smart home features and the small community feel. Overall, it's a really nice clean community. Things that could be improved: My dishwasher has been out for at least six months and there's no sense of urgency from management to fix it. There are several other homes with broken dishwashers too. There's no updates about the issue either. I also moved here to have a working dishwasher to free up some of my time from housework. Cheap construction at premium cost
September 8, 2024After almost two years of living here, the poor construction and planning for this development becomes more and more apparent every day. It took 6 months of complaining about my dishwasher not working until it was finally replaced. The cost of living here mixed with all the issues has been frustrating.
