Nice building BUT.....

This is a nice building, quiet for the most part but when there are people walking down the driveway it echoes pretty bad. Nice pool with an ok gym. BUT getting repairs done in your unit is like pulling teeth. It takes FOREVER for things to get completed, many follow up calls. On occasion, vendors will just show up. The mgr doesn't always communicate well, she'll call last minute that a vendor will be at the unit next day. Unless it something major I just handle the small repairs myself.
