The apartments themselves are not in good shape. It’s obvious that the absolute cheapest choices are made. The wallpaper “granite” countertops are very poorly made; there is dust in the air vents that blows onto all your furniture and floor; we didn’t have hot water off and on for TWO MONTHS; there were constantly bugs once summer started. My electric bill was triple what it was at other apartments—thank goodness I was there less than a year! The management team is also not very professional or ...
good. Knightvest is a cheap management company, and they hire people who don’t understand property management. Since I’ve moved, I’ve had a third or less of the problems that I had with this apartment. Terrible choice and I fully regret it.

The water is constantly being turned off or worked on. They charge you like 250$ worth of fees every month that they don’t discuss with you when you sign up terrible terrible place it takes them 3 weeks just to do a work order

My boyfriend and I were forced to move quickly due to sever foundation issues in our home. Perla was empathetic to us and our situation and worked hard to get us in a unit ASAP. She got us the unit we wanted and everything has been great at the complex. She remembers me by name every time she sees me and always asks how we’re doing. Even though we lost our home and a lot of our belongings, I’m glad we were able to end up in a beautiful unit at a nice, neatly kept and decently quiet complex.
This property is ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT OF WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR.

Gas Leak and No Water

Have reported a gas leak twice and it was only addressed the 2nd time. Due to this, the hot water has been shut off. If a hot shower or water, in general, is a necessity for you, DO NOT MOVE HERE. Constantly the water is shut off for days, over a weekend or due to holidays. Conveniently the office is closed when this occurs. The apartment uses an outdated boiler system that is "quick fixed" to no surprise leads to water being shut off again.

Always problems with the water

The water is constantly shut off daily because there's always some kind of issue and several times the water has been shut off on a Friday and the office staff have left and the water isn't restored until that Monday. In fact, it just happened this past weekend where the office closed for the weekend and are closed an extra day for Veterans Day so they won't be back until Tuesday so that's two full days without hot water it's ridiculous

The apartments are really nice, they have done a lot of upgrades, but the rent has went up also. It is a clean and peaceful place to live. The AT&T stadium is right up the street and many shops and restaurants. I've only lived in this apartment complex for 3 yrs, but I must say that the office staff are very courteous and if you have any issues with your apartment, they are right on top of it. i would recommend a friend or anyone to move here.

I enjoy living at The Aria the staff is friendly and always helpful. The maintenence crew always responds in a timely matter. The interior design of the units are gorgeous for the cost. The community is always quiet and peaceful and there is PLENTY of parking.
