Not worth the price - Not maintained well.
September 29, 2023I have lived at Vantage Med Center for 9 months. Half of the lights in the hall way have been burnt out since I moved in. The hot water is out about 1 day every month for ongoing water leak repairs. There fitness room is good, but the advertised bikes are not available, You have to buy your own bake. The pool is milky because the chlorine is not maintained regularly, and the grill area is just gross.Property Manager Responded

Unfortunately, we had a hot water leak recently, but we were able to resolve the issue on the same day. However, please note that the bike room is currently being used for bike storage, and we do not provide bikes for rent. Don’t come here
July 30, 2022Management is horrible. They never answer the phone.I have called 20 times at times and not one answered. Even if they answer, it will be we will call you back or inform the responsible person and they never call back. You have to request something 10 times and finally fight with them to have someone call you back. Not recommended for family. The pool is always full. Sometimes up to 5 am. People party. Majority are guest, which I don’t know how they get into apartment given limit of 2 in the ...pool( maybe it is 20-30). Can’t take the kids to pool on weekends. You can’t find parking on 2-4 floor on weekends which means all the guest are parking inside. No control on anything. Concierge is least responsive. If you are leave a message or voice they never get back to you. Previous management was more responsive. After each party there are broken glasses in the pool area. Again no control. People smoke in the area. They are suppose to have courtesy petrol. I have tried to call them at night. No one answer. You are on your own during hours and after hours. The only thing they are good at is collecting money, new fees , and increase rent. The common area use to be free. Now they charge 100 for few hours. Old management was way better. Do not recommend it for family. You can not use the amenities. You should not let your kids get into pool and see,…Property Manager Responded

Horribly run and maintained
October 19, 2019-Multiple elevators have needed servicing for over two months -Employees were running the malfunctioning elevators for over a month despite potential safety hazard -Elevator emergency button apparently calls elevator company not 911, one resident waited over an hour and a half for rescue -People stuck on elevator (more than 3 occasions I have witnessed) -No AC in elevators -Prohibited dog breeds are being allowed here (Disclosed in leasing contract and not abided by residents and ...staff) -Staff does not seem to know where Stairwell exits lead to - safety concern during evacuation -Power goes out frequently -Key fob access inoperable during power outage on possibly all building fob access doors (except individual units) -Garages stuck open multiple times when power is still on, safety concern as anyone has complete access to inside building through garage Airbnbs: No disclosure, vaguely explained by property -Deliveries, guests, residents blocking premier garage entrance - 3+ documented occurrences -Safety concern of strangers in and out, How are the background checks done for the airbnbs? -Persons besides staff have access to all floors -Lack of staff to run/maintain property -Discourteous management (Never greet, never thank, persistently rude, and pick favorite residents to actually tend to - Overall very uncomfortable experience) -Rebuttals to any and all concerns (Entire leasing staff) -Management is not transparent (lack of communication, no follow-up, vague explanations) -No maintenance person(s) working at Vantage Med Center for weeks. Is was being done by the leasing office staff! -Multiple issues with water pressure & water temperature -Paper thin walls (No privacy, cannot sleep, noisy) -Appears to be semi-hollow entry doors on most floor's units (No privacy, safety concern, noisy) -Multiple occasions of Wasps on roof -Roaches found 3 times in our apartment on the 22nd floor, pest control is paid for... -Security has been great, Donisha, however they are not maintenance nor concierge and are overworked. -Cleaning staff, Rosa, Rebeca and Gilberto, are very courteous and respectful however they are overworked. -Mauricio with concierge is beyond great, courteous, attentive and friendly. This building has potential but it has been on a rapid decline with the current leasing staff and management. We honestly are ashamed to live here. Really Love It Here!
July 7, 2019This place feels like home! Our unit has excellent sunlight, and the design/layout/colors are very appealing. Whenever we have a maintenance request, it is fixed quickly and without any hassle. Management is the best that my husband and I ever dealt with, and we have lived in the apartment setting for over 13 years. Great place to live
