CHANGING LEASE MID-LEASE
May 31, 2023
New management (SRG Residential) making changes mid-lease, causing ~100 dollar increase in rent, which was NOT in the lease. There's another 15$ service fee every month to pay bills. Management/owners not worth the headache.

I WAS IN THE AREA OF THIS APARTMENT BUILDING AND MY UBER DRIVER WAS CONFUSED ABOUT WHERE TO DROP ME SO I POINTED TO THIS BUILDING AND SAID "DROP ME OFF AT THAT HOTEL!" SOON AS I WALKED INTO THE BUILDING I GOT SOME TYPE OF VIBE/ENERGY FROM NOT JUST ALL THE RESIDENTS IN PARTICULAR AN ARCHITECT I MET AND WHOM I SHARED A CIGARETTE WALK WITH BUT FROM ALSO THE MAINTENANCE MANAGER IN WHO ACTUALLY SHOWED ME THE ONE UNIT AVAILABLE. LONG STORY SHORT, HE SHOWED ME ONE OF THE 2 BEDROOM UNITS AND I LOVED IT ...
BECAUSE IT IS SPACIOUS AND BECAUSE THE BUILDING IS INSULATED. I'M STILL DEBATING ABOUT WHETHER OR NOT ME AND MY FAMILY WILL BE MOVING TO SAN JOSE BUT I FEEL VENDOME PLACE WILL BE FIRST ON MY MIND. IN THE MEANTIME, IF I DON'T END UP GETTING THE PLACE, THE PERSON WHO DOES SHOULD DEFINITELY BE THE SECOND PERSON TO RIGHT AN HONEST REVIEW ON THIS WEBSITE OR ANY WEBSITE OUT THERE.
