Management is great and has been very attentive to my questions. I love my apartment. It has ample storage and really high ceilings. My one complaint is that several of the residents don’t clean up after their dogs and it’s become a health hazard if I don’t clean it up, which is really gross. I wish the complex had it in the budget to find a way to fix this issue.

It is often difficult to move but Venue on 16th made it as easy as possible. Reserved the elevator so I could get everything moved in within 2 hours, The staff is welcoming and the tenants have thus far been friendly and helpful.

The location and amenities are hard to beat, it’s great being so close to local restaurants, shops and city park. The office and maintenance staff here are impeccable. Everyday I feel attended to. The building is clean and well kept. I’m happy to call this my new home.

I love living at the Venue on 16th. I'm 75, and this is my first apartment experience since college in the 60's. Staff is helpful and considerate, and tenants are friendly as well. The social events are great and building amenities such as the pool, gym, and community rooms well maintained. I've lived here since May and have enjoyed being part of the community.
