November 6, 2024Management is great and has been very attentive to my questions. I love my apartment. It has ample storage and really high ceilings. My one complaint is that several of the residents don’t clean up after their dogs and it’s become a health hazard if I don’t clean it up, which is really gross. I wish the complex had it in the budget to find a way to fix this issue.Property Manager Responded

Their prompt and ...efficient responses to any queries or issues have made my experience living here remarkably stress-free. The location is, without a doubt, unbeatable. Being at the Venue On 16th places you conveniently within walking distance from restaurant, Sprouts Market and the City Park Farmers' Market, as well as the edgy bars and music venues on Colfax, while the Park also grants tranquility and peace after a long day. January 12, 2023My wife and I recently visited Denver to look for apartments and unfortunately our move is being put off till later this year. However; we still toured Venue and was blown away by how friendly and professional Amber and Lindsey were. They seemed excited for me to walk in the door and cared about what we were looking for. Lindsey toured us through two great options for floor plans and showed us the amenities. The apartments are a great size and the location was fabulous.
