October 12, 2017I have lived here for 2yrs now & signed for a 3rd. I moved in right around management changes and had issues with maintenance at first. However the ladies in the office have been great with every issue and maintenance is no longer an problem. The area is fairly quiet.Review from Apartments.com

THESE ARE NOT WORTH THE MONEY THEY ASK FOR AND MANAGEMENT AND BROOKSIDE PROPERTIES SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES FOR THE FALSE REPRESENTATION THAT THEY GIVE. August 1, 2017I wouldn't recommend living here this place is absolutely ridiculous there's no maintenance man and they get an attitude with you as soon as you got a problem with your apartment! Our frigerator went down for a week and they told me oh well! This is absolutely the worst experience I've ever had live in an apartment I would not recommend living here is awful! Management is nice but ineffective
April 12, 2017Repairs, no matter how minor, take 3 weeks minimum. Roaches are frequent. Management does not enforce their dog cleanup policy, so there is dog poop all over every grass area.Review from Apartments.com
