visit and make sure they're not there past 2 weeks you will be harassed. The pet policy was changed after I signed my lease now you have to check in your visitors pets if you have any in your home , I am a pet sitter so this is very annoying also being harassed about a dog I watch who does NOT leave my apartment while here. Maitenence comes into your apartment to "check" things out but never fixes anything. The dumpster is always over flowing there are dozens of buzzards on it everyday picling at trash people are too lazy to throw in the dumpster. My neighbors throw dirty diapers in front of they're door and will leave them there for days, kids are screaming bloody murder all hours of the night, your visitors need a parking pass or will get towed if they see anyone who "doesn't belong" as in pay rent or on your lease they will harass you about it. Ive had people watching me as a drivr in and out trying to see who is in my car and ask me about. Even had them taking pictures of my friends dog who was on my porch cuz its against breed policy but the dog never comes out of my apartment while here. One of the main things is the office is always closed and when it's closed everything I locked the pool the rec room the gym and your mailboxes are not accessible. Verdant cove is a decent place if u can deal with all of that. Good luck

sunshine here at Verdant Cove. The maintenance staff is also very efficient and have wonderful, helpful attitudes. They prove their services at all hours of the day. So, if the office is closed, simply contact one of the maintenance guys and they will gladly help you. They have helped me with groceries, taking out trash, leaky sinks, lightbulb burnouts, hanging things in the apartment, and more. The main leasing office has a computer room which is great for the Verdant Cove community and it has a lounge area with couches, comfortable chairs, and a flat screen television. The room next door offers an on-site gym that has an elliptical, stationary bike, and a full body exercise machine. All very well kept, cleaned, and in great working order. There is an on-site laundry room as well with several washing machines and dryers so you don't have to leave the apartment complex to wash clothes, relax, or have a great time. Other great things here are: the play area for kids, a barbecue grill, a car vacuum station, and picnic tables. Verdant Cove is a great place for family. It is very family oriented, and the people here are very welcoming. Everyone says hello and good day to you, every where you go. This location is very convenient also as there is a bus stop for the local bus route, right in front of the apartments. So if you do not have a vehicle, that's ok! Just hitch a ride on the bus. They are great! As far as the apartments themselves, they are very spacious and clean. You will have plenty of space. A beautiful balcony of your own to enjoy your days and nights. Brand new appliances in every apartment, ceiling fans, central air conditioning,new carpet, and much more. I am so happy to have found Verdant Cove. I am about to resign my lease for yet another year here, and I am so happy to do so. Come check it out here, you'll love it!
