Roach Infested apartments

Welcoming & Great Hospitality
June 3, 2022I came here after a divorce and was very nice. A moved in the next day and Maria was awesome in these trying times for me. I also had to move into a bigger apartment 6 months later and she got something for me in a day which helped me tremendously. What makes any place worth giving your money to in any organization is the people that are working and treating the clients in a welcoming way. Good location, park-like grounds.

The complex is located close to El Rio clinic, Urgent Care, Fry's, Safeway, Walgreen's and Walmart Grocery. All within walking distance. Too many options in Tucson
November 24, 2020management—The current property manager needs a position that would better fit her lack of a welcoming attitude, lack of communication and time management skills. She will delay, ignore and make excuses when it comes to addressing any problem. The building is in horrible condition but location is fantastic.The problems have increased over the years and the property management's attitude has got worse. There is consistent parties going on in the back of the property, dog poop around the property, ...bugs crawling up the drains and leaking roofs. Buyer Beware
May 18, 2020The property itself is falling apart. Many cases of bed bugs and roaches, the main office and gym are upgraded while the actual apartments are cheap and deteriorating. The laundry room door is broken so you have to sit and fiddle with your key till is finally lets you in. The landscaping has gone down and they never repaint the cement in front of apartments so it's all cracked and missing. August 21, 2019Do you not move to these apartments they are roach infested they never fix anything they’re fake a smile on your face and stab you in the back so if you want to live in a place like that feel free I would never recommend anybody to live there I lived there for a year and a half went through for office managers they can’t seem to keep anybody their rent is never the same so if you feel happy you want to live there go for it I get it zero starsProperty Manager Responded
