October 25, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comThere are over 35 vacant apartments for reason. Two management changes over the last few years, one worse then the last. The apartments were cheaply remodeled 6 or 7 years ago but are falling apart. The pool was unusable the entire summer with no rent relief given to the tenants. Just stalling and lies about what was going on. I would avoid unless that months free rent means life or death. Plenty of other options.
Horrible maintenance
October 1, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comThis place is terrible I do not recommend renting here. In just the 3 months we've lived here the AC has poured water down into our apartment, the dryer broke and actually there was no hose even attached and a light/fan was broken. The light/fan took two months for them to fix after messaging them several times. As far as the AC pouring water - we messaged twice, called and went to the office over the course of a week and it wasn't until we went in person to talk to someone at the office that ...they told us no one from maintenance had been there for an entire week. They never answer the office phone even if someone is sitting at the front desk. The maintenance of the dog bins and dog park is horrible - the bins are constantly overflowing and there are frequently no poo bags so then people just leave their dog's poop everywhere. Also there is black mold all over all the vents and several broken/damaged things inside the apartment.Read More

Horrible place to rent
October 13, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comPlumbing is horrible. Maintenance take forever to finish their jobs. Dog bins are always overflowing. Some resident throw their used doggie bags in the bushes. Ants are always in an issue when it rains. Horrible, horrible staff. They always say emails was sent out and nothing in my inbox. Worst place I ever lived in
December 22, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comI’m from mass I’ve been here for three months this is the worst place I’ve ever lived and still living in false advertisement crackheads as your neighbor people stealing things out of your car And damaging it. nothing is being fixed having mold issues there not taking care of it Haven’t showered issues water damage I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy

November 5, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comLiving here is not the greatest, I have been here for 3 months, and 2 of them I have been woken up 8am every day mon-Friday. I put a work order in twice and not once has someone come to fix what I had put on my original work order (the one you have to do when you move in) not the resubmitted one. They also walked in without knocking, just to check the box. It would be nice if there was a drop box, because if you get out of work after the office is closed, you won’t be able to give them your rent. ...The A/C only has one temperature, you cannot adjust it, if you are cold, you can’t turn the heater on. There is a useless thermostat that does not work. And the new box that they are putting in is right in the middle of the dining room.Read More

It’s a chiller/ boiler system; the apts are only set at one temp through out. There’s rats that run around on top of the apt buildings and in the air ducts. Break ins happen and there’s no security on the premises during the day or night. They said there is, but having seen any yet. No surveillance cameras. Terrible Customer Service
July 14, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comI am in the process of moving from LA. I found this place and it seemed great. I put an application fee down and a holding deposit of $200. I sent in everything they needed and was approved. I attempted to reach them afterwards for additional information before my move and got NO RESPONSE FOR OVER A WEEK. I tried emailing them several times, asking over and over for them to respond. Finally I was over it, I'm not going to move from LA to an apartment in Phoenix that doesn't respond in over a week ...to simple questions regarding a move. When I told them that this would not be a great fit and I'd like me holding fee back they denied me saying that it was non-refundable. Which I was never told. They lacked professionalism and good customer service practices which is why I wanted my money back in the first place. I'm still trying to get my holding fee back, I'll update if I do... otherwise it's off to dispute it with the credit card company. What a hassle. Completely unprofessional. He was totally stoked about this place and now I know why! This place is awesome!! Clean, quiet, and very friendly neighbors! There is a fat guy in the office that is as friendly and awesome as you can be! I met the manager she is the short lady with black hair she is awesome and cool! came out to make sure I was taken care of! I EVEN GOT A FREE MOVE IN GIFT! Free toilet paper is always great to ...have. The maintenance guy really tall and short hair knows what he is doing he has fixed a couple of my things within a couple of days of me telling the office! August 23, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comCapella Place is situated on the Central Corridor of Phoenix with easy access to the I-17 and SR 51, and the Metro Light Rail stations. The complex has a fixed utility package, well lit, recently renovated laundry room and well kept lawn and shrubs. The new management company, Allison-Shelton, put a lot of money into it to give it to the look of a Tuscan village that the name implies. The rent is reasonable for the location. I have lived here nearly 6 years and I really like it.
