We lived there for 3 years. The first year, it wasn't too bad. Minor issues but nothing too bad. Then we got new neighbors that we could hear all the time which caused my dog to have more anxiety. We had a creature living in our walls for over a year. When told about it, they check the chimney that is unusable (glad I never used it since it was missing the damper) and since they couldn't see the creature, did nothing about it. They did say the second time that they could put a hole in the wall ...
to deal with it but we were moving out so I wasn't worried about it but didn't want to get charged for having a pest issue that I made them aware of. Everyone that I know that lived there has gotten charged a ridiculous amount for move out. When you ask questions, they don't answer them and I have it in writing! Also learned to get everything in writing or they will charge a late fee even when there is no agreement on the date that pet fee will be paid. Mold was under the caulk which made cleaning pointless minus I steamed the caulk off in order to clean the mold out of my showers. I will never rent from this property company again. I have never had any issues with the other apartment complexes that I have lived in and that has been a couple.
