        Lived here for 2 years and have never seen the residential office person. The office only accept phone calls and the call was never answered in time. They also need more training with their office people. I asked for a waive on the late fee caused by my bank mistakenly freezing my account. The guy responded with a condescending tone: "It is not our responsibility to manage your financial situation. You earned your late fee."

      • non residents occupied the swimming pool every days

        Even though you might think this apartment has a nice swimming pool, the fact is every evening from 6pm till 9pm there's a same family bringing in more than 10 visitors occupying it, just like that's their own house. They jumped into the pool with their shoes, ate their meals when they were in the jaguchi bath, and made noises. This is like a low-quality apartment now. Many residents in the building dread to use this facility after their hard work all day because of them. However, the apartment ...

        April 29, 2021
        I'm going crazy because of that beeping machine under my window. It’s impossible to work and sleep at VIA. The management is useless; they are sending copy-pasted emails repeatedly on any complaint regarding the noise. Zero tolerance to working from Home people. Every Thursday, they are promising that this beeping will stop “this Friday.” One of the elevators is permanently out of order.
