Mold, millions of roaches, bad area, drug use infested, rude manager, horrible appearance, and high theft apartments. Just to say the least. SHOULD BE EXTREMELY LAST RESORT!!!

Great place to stay...I went to apply on Tuesday and was approved on Wednesday..The office personnel was very nice and easy to work with. I move in next week!! And I love my new apartment they have some awsome upgrades.

Very rude lady. Lead us on for about a week saying that we were approved even with bad credit so we got the money to give her a double deposit then she precedes to call my employer acting super rude in front of me even and called my past landlord and the resulting in my past landlord messaging me telling me how rude this person was in that she can't verify because she keeps hanging up on her then last minute she calls and tells me that I'm not approved because she can't verify my employment or my ...
past landlord that I know for a fact is very rude lady talk to so needless to say I think this company is just out for the application fees they don't care about their tenants and other cockroach-infested from what I hear and from what I saw

When I moved in my apartment was not ready the carpets had not been cleaned, the drip pans on the stove where not cleaned, there were will items left in my unit from the previous tenants, THE ROACHES out number every body,but the worse part is that my apartment has had 2 attempted brake ins, the police raid this complex just about every weekend, I wish I never moved my kids here!!!!!.....but the kicker is my rent was late 1 day and they tried to charge me filing fees, as well as attorney fees ...
until I got my lawyer involved....DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!
