Affordable place near UT Austin campus

The apartment has only either studio or 2-bedroom option. The rent is still expensive for the unit since it is very old and the faucets in the bathroom are rusted, but it seems that you pay for the location as it is in West Campus area. We first had some ant problems and once saw a gigantic roach, but we successfully got rid of them after spraying some pesticide. Surprisingly, noise problems are not that serious. Our manager is a cool lady even though her maintenance team may be a little slow. ...
Overall, the apartment is good for students who want to live close to campus but also don't want to spend too much money.
