Cannot Recommend This Place Enough
March 15, 2023My wife and I moved to View Pointe in 2021 and have lived here for two years now. I cannot recommend this place enough. Easily the best apartment I have lived in. From management to maintenance to the cleanliness to the quietness of the area - everything has been wonderful. We came from Downtown Minneapolis looking for a quieter place to live with a lot of green grass, trees, and parks nearby. View Pointe is quite literally near all of those things + within walking distance of the outlet malls. ...It's just been an absolute joy living here and the only reason we are leaving is because we need more space for our 11-month old. If you are moving from the cities & looking for a quieter place to live, I promise you that you can't go wrong with View Pointe. Good Place to live
October 20, 2017I was a tenant at 3957 S Valley View Dr Eagan MN for over 15 years. Although the management was changed a couple times but they always had good people around you. Every maintenance requested was resolved nearly immediately. Certainly, some crazy tenants were non-sense or aggressive. However, it didn't change the fact that View Pointe was a good place to live. 1 - good Management 2 - good Maintenance Team 3 - safe environment 4 - good neighbors I moved out because I bought a house. We love it here
August 28, 2017My husband and I moved to Viewpointe after we got married and have loved calling this place home! Unfortunately we have to move due to job relocation but I would definitely recommend looking into this place! The price is great, location is awesome- super close to shopping and restaurants. Amazing - Affordable - Great Location
July 6, 2016I just moved back into this complex, but lived here previously... Clearly loved it b/c I'm back! Very clean, quiet, well maintained/updated, and reasonably priced considering the amazing location (Eagan); right off several major highways/freeways and great access to parks and shopping/retail. The staff is super friendly and very helpful throughout the process and as a renter. When I moved in there was even a little "welcome" bag with toilet paper, paper towel, small size laundry detergent, dish ...soap, etc -- not expecting that, very nice!
