Small and expensive, but feels like home
March 23, 2020The property is kept in good condition. Maintenance is prompt and landscaping comes once per week. The apartments are very small, even by one bedroom standards, and the only amenities are an included window A/C unit and small yard. The units are, however, clean and well kept. After awhile, the place grows on you and the neighbors are friendly, as are the property manager and maintenance crew. It's a good 2 miles to the nearest grocery store and Walmart, so owning a vehicle is recommended. ...There is no on-site laundry room.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
