Roaches and poor maintenance
June 28, 2017Been living here a few yrs now and the maintenance has gone down the drain. There are roaches in the unit and when you request maintenance for issues in your unit you have to wait for a while before they even come check your unit. Weeks go by and you still on a waiting list. The trash cans are always over flowing in the laundry room and the dumpsters are the same with flies and trash on the ground. It's a mess and no one seems to care.Review from Apartments.com

bad new management
October 1, 2016I had been living at this apartments for about 2 years and I am looking for a new place. Since the manager was changed at the beginning of the year everything here is going worst. For a maintenance request you have to wait weeks to get it done. Nobody sweep the patios, the pool is dirty because nobody water the pants around it and the dry leaves are falling in it, trash containers at laundry rooms and main entrance are always full and flowing out. Rude Manager
September 14, 2016Went to view 3bdrm unit and was instantly left outside waiting for 15 minutes. Finally saw unit and was told by manager that she would be around outside when I was finished. When I finished viewing outdated unit I could not find her. I spent 15 minutes looking and calling and finally gave up. She never called back and mailbox was full so I couldn't leave a voicemail to inform her if I was interested. Instantly I wished I hadn't wasted my time.Review from Apartments.com
