Great Place to Avoid

General maintenance is fair at best. The below reviewer mentioned the giant roaches (American, Oriental, AND German) that seem to be all over the property. After closing holes in my kitchen cabinets right after move-in, the sightings became more infrequent, but they still came in through a large gap underneath the front door. The live-in manager is great, property management company sucks

I would have to say that this apartment is decent at best, not alot of amenities or no washer and dryer hook ups but the laundry facility is close by the apartment so thats good. I would say that this apartment is a good starter for a college graduate

It is a basic two bed room apartment, fair at best windows have no screens carpets look extremely old. and back windows of apartment have no blinds and are not provided only front windows have blinds. Parking in back is ok but not the best not to much room. i would say this is good for a temporary time.

My family and I recently moved in around six months ago to a two bed one bath for $950 the first question i always like to ask since i have an infant is, are there roaches? The live in manager told me there wasn't. I believed her,unfortunately that wasnt the case. The first night i came to move my belongings into our new home i seen an infestation of roaches crawling out of the cracks and crevices in the kitchen,I wanted to leave but couldn't. After spending about two months i fumigated twice ...

myself and still no use. Even though my fiancé and I put in work orders they never came to fumigate or even fix other things that are falling apart in the apartment,it's been already four months since and the live in manager just says to me that the management is busy (dean enterprises) You would think since we're on time with our rent,and have small children would qualify us to be at least somewhat of a priority but,no. And funny thing is that they're office is located in San Dimas,Ca would actually make you believe they're somewhat of a decent management but unfortunately they care more about receiving their monthly checks than having satisfied tenants.
