Worst place to live in sacramento
February 3, 2021This is the worst place I’ve ever lived. Roaches everywhere. Violent neighbors. The building in more than 50 years old and ready to fall apart. The plumbing is terrible and so is the quality of water and the management is the shadiest most incompetent group I’ve ever had the displeasure of interacting with.Review from Apartments.com

Roach infested, horrible management
January 24, 2020First off, I had to delay my move in a week because the leasing agents scheduled my apartment to be renovated the DAY BEFORE I moved in, didnt even bother to tell me the day before and then I show up with my uhaul and am told it isnt available yet. I wish I just ended my business with them there but I was desperate and waited till the next week just for the leasing agent to show up an hour late with no idea anyone was moving in that day. The units remodeling was absolute crap. They just painted ...it and called it a day. Now this building is almost 50 years old and is utterly INFESTED with roaches. I have never even seen anything close to this in person. They're everywhere. No matter how much they spray they keep coming back it's insane. This is the worst place I've ever lived and I'll be so happy when my lease is up.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
I don’t recommend
January 17, 2020Villa Capri is not a pleasant or safe place to live. My car was broken into twice and both times the gate was left open. The managers are rarely ever on site and do not return phone calls or emails. There are rats and roaches. The heating and a/c system is below poor. This property is not worth the price at all. I would not recommend this place for families or anyone looking for a place to live for more than 6 months.Review from Apartments.com
