Ashley has been great to work with! Their insurance you can get with your lease doesn't cover "vandalism" to your car even when parked in your assigned spot nor are they willing to look at footage from camera to see if you can identify the person vandalizing your car. That cost me $229.00 plus there is another $300-400 dollars worth in window damage I'm not even going to get fixed because I can't afford it. They come see that it's dry but that does not stop mold growth I hate to tell them. If you seek "quiet" stay away from the units on Frederick's Street. people LOVE slamming these gates when they go through and believe me they are traveled through A LOT!!! If you are at all noise sensitive or prefer a little quiet don't move to this section! Noise all the time,it's like a thoroughfare. Cars w/ radios blasting all hours, motorcycles with their loud motors in and out late at night and foot traffic in and out of the gates slamming them shut constantly.
