So I agree that Luis does not get anything done no matter how many times you request and put a work notice in, but that is just the tip of the iceberg in my opinion, I have slime mold from were the chiller unit leaked, and all they have done is paint over the mold..., we have damage from when the upstairs tub flooded ...two or three times...and no one will even bother to fix it, the bathtub gets a strange red mold build up no matter how much you clean, we get standing water in the kitchen and
...bedroom if we have a hard rain, yet we keep getting ignored when we request work be done because everyone is working on making apartments ready for new people to move in.....Luis does not know how to treat people with even a little bit of common curtsy or respect, if you call him to let you know your going over to the office to pick something up or drop something off 9 out of 10 times he will leave even if he tells you okay about coming over. He is hateful and contemptuous of those that live here. when we moved in we had a different manager she left another came and left, had a temp for a while and luis has been here for some time now, so far the chiller unit has been off for repairs more times then it has worked, nor has the heat ever worked well, we have people with a ton of stuff on the balcony walk way yet, we get accused of having a dirty apartment...he considered an unhealthy living condition...no its just a lived in apartment, we spray for bugs on a weekly basis because their crap they spray seems to attract the bugs, and now we have them coming into our apartments rather we are home or not to check to see if it is clean, without notice they are coming over, the manager maybe bilingual but very few of the workers here are, and it is hard to find out anything when the manager acts like your not worth his time
