Poor management
March 8, 2021They refused to fix the roof inside of the apartment I report my floor broken like 1 year ago and still didn't get fix and everything we called the office the manager Frances it's always rude saying if you broke it we will charge you apartment for the repair and now they don't even empty the dumpster its always trash all around the parking lot management its very careless do not rent hereReview from Apartments.com

terrible
February 5, 2018i lived here for a year. the whole year, when i needed things fixed, it took him(luis) months to get things done. i had to be very persistent for him to do things. when i first moved in it took him 4 months to give me my copy of the lease. there is a roach problem as well, they come out of no where. they turn off the water without notice, when they work on things. there is also little to no parking if you get home past 7pm. its a bad ration of parking spots to the amount of people who live ...there. so honestly its better to find a different place to live.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
The truth of Villa Del Rio
September 14, 2017So I agree that Luis does not get anything done no matter how many times you request and put a work notice in, but that is just the tip of the iceberg in my opinion, I have slime mold from were the chiller unit leaked, and all they have done is paint over the mold..., we have damage from when the upstairs tub flooded ...two or three times...and no one will even bother to fix it, the bathtub gets a strange red mold build up no matter how much you clean, we get standing water in the kitchen and ...bedroom if we have a hard rain, yet we keep getting ignored when we request work be done because everyone is working on making apartments ready for new people to move in.....Luis does not know how to treat people with even a little bit of common curtsy or respect, if you call him to let you know your going over to the office to pick something up or drop something off 9 out of 10 times he will leave even if he tells you okay about coming over. He is hateful and contemptuous of those that live here. when we moved in we had a different manager she left another came and left, had a temp for a while and luis has been here for some time now, so far the chiller unit has been off for repairs more times then it has worked, nor has the heat ever worked well, we have people with a ton of stuff on the balcony walk way yet, we get accused of having a dirty apartment...he considered an unhealthy living condition...no its just a lived in apartment, we spray for bugs on a weekly basis because their crap they spray seems to attract the bugs, and now we have them coming into our apartments rather we are home or not to check to see if it is clean, without notice they are coming over, the manager maybe bilingual but very few of the workers here are, and it is hard to find out anything when the manager acts like your not worth his timeRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
poor management
September 11, 2016Ruis has lowered the satisfaction of the occupants. He never gets anything done in a timely matter. As a leasing agent he should care more about the well being of the people that are renting from him. No one should feel less important nor should they be ignored. These apartments are bug infested and the pest control should be fired if they are even visiting the apartments. I had never rented from a complex were management is less concerned about occupants concerns or maintenance issues. Yes they ...are lower in rent but once you move in you will see why. In my opinion yes having a bilingual person in office is great but get someone that actually cares about the people. Terrible
August 16, 2016As mentioned before Luis cant get anything done. Continually askig for problems to be fixed and even been told they have when they havnt. Took over a month to get a mailbox and key, ac constantly goes out, they turn off the water even more. There are holes in walls but i havnt seen any mice and very little bugs but i am consistently spraying the apartment monthly.Review from Apartments.com
Please read and save yourself from this
June 15, 2016Please never lease from here. The property manager Luis gets nothing done. You can fill out multiple work orders, come to office, and call with no results. The only thing to do is call the corporate office where the owner is , or the health department. The apartments states they revamp, so the shell inside looks nice. Then you move in.. There are mice, roaches, leaks, and floods. I had to spent my own money to patch up the pantry because the walls are not sealed and mice were coming in. Big ...hugs and roaches as well. The a/c is not cold and leaks water from and into the ceiling. The dishwasher water leaks when you use it. Most of the outlets are too old and don't hold the plug. Some are installed upside down. The walls are not sealed up behind the door frames. The property manager Luis just sits there in his phone playing games instead of doing his job to run the place. My mailbox is broken as well ( when I saw the mailbox I diverted all Mail to my aunt's house, since it is not secure here.) Please please don't rent from here.
