Subpar new management

The apartment and property are really nice, plenty of space and great parking. However, management was taken over around July or August of 2024 and they are never in the office. They pick and choose what days they feel like coming in and don't communicate nearly as much as the previous managers. The office hours are no longer consistent and I've never received a call back when I leave messages, no matter how many I leave.

I lived here for a year and had no problems with the complex! Tamera was amazing and helped me with anything I needed. Enjoyed the pool and gym when I had time and everything was kept clean! I would highly suggest this place if you are looking to rent! Have Tamera help you!

I had a very unpleasant experience with the male manager. He was extremely rude, questioning me as soon as I pulled up to the gate and then following me to where I parked and chastised me for coming in after someone, telling me I have to leave and come back in. After I did so he then followed and watched me going into my mom’s apartment. It was a VERY uncomfortable experience. I’d be cautious if you’re considering living her because it’s evident there is no privacy and the manager is very ...

There is a convenient call box for guests to use to gain entry into our community. If someone does not enter the property properly, we have no way of knowing that they do not mean harm to one of our residents. I have lived in many apartments in different cities, and Villa Faria tops them all. Not only are the apartments gorgeous, but they have so much storage. (Which for me was a big selling point). They have all you could ever need or want. They have a Hair and nail salon on the property which is within a couple minutes walk from my apartment. They have a great pool and hot tub that is awesome during those hot summer days. They have a big gym with all the equipment that you would ever need. (I totally ...

canceled my gym membership!) Management is awesome. They remember who everyone is and always greet me when ever they see me. I'm sad to see a bad review about management because they are amazing. I love Villa Faria! I would totally recommend Villa Faria Apartment Homes to my family and friends.

The complex is always clean and super quiet. My apartment was gorgeous and I never heard any of my neighbors. Management truly cares about the people who live there and the property. I had to break my lease and they re-rented my apartment quickly. I received almost my entire deposit back within a few days. Don’t bother looking anywhere else. This place is worth the money and you will love it!!

Unless you don't care that they will make YOU pay to restore the unit to perfect condition for the next tenant. Normal wear and tear does not apply to them. They do a blacklight inspection and make you pay for professional cleaning. You will not get your deposit back. I too paid high rent and was treated unfairly. Do not rent from any property owned by Ellis Enterprises!

Unprofessional Management, Not Worth the High Price

On site manager is very unprofessional and does not treat tenants with respect. When I attempted to contact the area supervisor to file a complaint she was also extremely unprofessional. Paid high rent for nearly a year, never paid late and was treated terribly.
