Management Issues
March 3, 2018I agreed with all the comments below management here sucks even under new management. Garage floors are always dusty and trash every where. When you request for something to be fix in your unit it take Amanda (new manager) about a week or two to respond and that’s only because you request for the second time. Floors inside your unit suck because they need to be clean 24/7 and with carpet all the time just to keep your floors clean and they won’t change them even if you say you well pay half of ...the cost. Trash room it’s always naughty and it smells all the time. Yes rent is cheap here but only to those who been here since day one any new tenant rent will not be cheap. But come and take a look and get your on opinion on these apartments and then make the decision if you want to rent here or not. I’m just given you my opinion on this place because I’m one of those tenant’s that been here the longest and the only reason I haven’t move out is because rent is not cheap out there when you are looking for a unit with dyer and washer inside.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Eh
July 6, 2016Apartments are nice inside (to a certain extent--cheaply put together), however, management and maintenance of the community is HORRIBLE. Unprofessional management and lack of attention towards cleanliness is an issue. I have personally witnessed two physical fights in the complex--not sure what type of people are being allowed to reside here! I have had belongings stolen from our garage which baffles me since we were reassured this was a "secured building." If you have kids or pets, it's not the ...apartment for you. If you're a college student looking to get by on some cheap rent and larger space in a homeless-people infested area, this place might work for you. My advice would be to continue looking elsewhere if you care about professional and reliable management and cleanliness.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Management Issues
September 29, 2015The apartments are overall very spacious and clean, however there are many issues with the management of the apartments. The manager (Katia) is very unprofessional, she will not return phone calls nor emails. In addition, she constantly makes changes in the building which are inconsistent to the Leasing Contract and a breach of contract. There are many rules which she implements AFTER you have moved in and none of which were agreed upon. In addition, the apartments have horrible water heating ...systems. Parking is not enforced (people will park in your spot) and the elevators smell horribly (partly because of the elevator wall pads that have been up for a LONG TIME! My advice, AVOID these apartments. There are plenty of equally as good and cheap priced apartments in the area. As for me, I guess I have no choice but to wait until the lease is over to move out! I hope my review may help many of you avoid a headache!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Grounds maintenance issues
September 16, 2015Due to the number of pets and lack of having a porter or scheduled cleanings, property is having issues with urine smells, dog feces, trash, in common areas. Elevators have had wall pads on for 428 days consecutively. This creates an uncomfortable experience for residents and guests alike. For the price of rent this should not be an issue.Review from Apartments.com
