I try to sue them but their address P.O. Box, I read a lot of information that they cheated on thousands people, that they didn’t see their deposits. Never rent apartments if you don’t wanna see cockroaches , homeless and crazy bills. AGAIN YOU WON’T SEE YOUR DEPOSIT BACK!

It's noisy if you don't mind the constant noise it's all good. They lie when they say water is included a month within the move in you get billed for water from some company called comptrol technologies, seperate from your electric and gas bills. Manager is really good though always getting things fixed right away. Place is close to orange line and other bus stops which is good for students.

The building is in the center of the valley and close to the Orange Line and Pierce Community College. The area is a little noisy but it is more relaxed, so it is ideal for college students and people who don't mind a little noise. The landlord is very sweet and very helpful. Any problems we have are fixed quickly and efficiently. Plus there is a very clean pool and hot tub available along with a barbecue. All in all, it is a relaxed and fairly comfortable complex to live in.
