Disgusting, roach infested, unprofessional, never answered or returns calls, poor communication skills, loud neighbors (like Shaking my apartment from jumping on the floor loud), wasn't clean when we moved in, complained about broken items on day 1 and nobody ever came to fix them, complained about roaches and was ignored, constant police activity due how to sketchy this place is.

Ever since the apartment had new management everything just went downhill. The manager is mostly unavailable, maintenance is slow, & haven't felt safe since they started turning off the apartment lights outside. Would not recommend at all.

It very spacious, clean great view super water pressur all new appliances and great management and staff. Its quit, safe for singles and college students too. Ive lived here 6 byrs and i really like it. Pet friendly and will assist u in any way including making an adjustment to the rent if u ask them and pay ur rent ahead a few months all in all excellent living on the side of a mountain in beautiful sunny new mexico. How could u ask for more.

The complex itself is very quite. Inside, the apartments are up to date and very roomy. The great thing... Affordable! Landscaping is kept very clean and the maintenance crew is there in a blink of the eye if needed. Our landlord is ALWAYS available and stays open on Fridays! Great place to live!!!!
