Management is horrible. Place is slowly being run to the ground from the lack of repairs and attention from managment. Been here almost 7 years still dealing with issues from years ago. Dont get sucked in it's not worth it. The management is literally getting worse and worse. There's been like 5 to 7 manager changes within the last 3 years and still have poor management. Do your research first. Stay up to date with your California tenant rights. Your gonna need it.

This is a great community with a lot of room for improvement. It is very friendly and clean, pet friendly but more importantly it is near lot's of great shopping. For being in Central California it is gold. Rent is very reasonable and management is very good to the tenants and professional.

These are nice apartments, great for people on a budget, but there are some odd people who live around here too. Very nice manager and work orders get done quickly but the apartments are filled with cheap things.
