A Decent Place to Call Home

I am a resident so my input is factual.
1. Property management actually cares about the real concerns and needs of its residents.
2. This property is not "perfectly" maintained, but, it is well-maintained.
3. I have witnessed exactly one mouse, one roach, and one sighting of ants for the entire four years that I have lived at VOA. Property Management sprays regularly and keeps on top of any possible rodent/vermin infestations throughout the compound.
4. I have occasionally witnessed trash on ...
the floor inside of the buildings/in stairways and around the exterior of the property. However, litter is removed fairly quickly by building staff and the grounds are consistently well-maintained.
5. I have noticed that noise (such as loud music) is not tolerated. Some may try to blast music for a couple of hours when they first move into this community, but they are quickly shut down by VOA management. All residents sign off on a noise control agreement and trespassers are not allowed onto the property.
6. It has been "my" experience that residents are mostly well-vetted and extremely honest. I am constantly ordering stuff online and packages are being left in front of my door. Often, I've been away from my apartment many times for a few days, and not once has anyone taken anything placed in front of my apartment door. Security cameras are everywhere, but, I truly believe that the people that get to rent here are mostly decent people.
I won't go into the amenities of the place since they are listed. Suffice to say, I am extremely happy here, overall, and I would definitely recommend Village Oaks Apartments in Catonsville to drama-free people. You won't regret it.
