We moved in a few months ago and the entire process was so easy! From looking at the listings online, booking a tour, filling out an application, to the actual move-in. Everyone was friendly and willing to answer any questions we had. We have had a few maintenance requests that were responded to immediately.
The building is well maintained and our neighbors are so nice.
For me, these have been the most important aspects when considering renting. From my experiences so far, Village Plaza is ...

I have lived in this apartment complex for almost 10 years. I have lived in several different unit sizes as I have been in different stages of my life. I moved into this apartment community a few months ago and think its such a great place to live! The apartments are very large and spacious - I live in a studio and it even has a balcony which I love. The rent is also alot less than other comparable buildings in the area.
