Dishonest and Incompetent Management

The place itself was nice. The two washer/dryer situation is ridiculous. The so called manager is beyond useless, she gives out inaccurate information and then when questioned she doesn’t offer a solution or take accountability for HER mistakes. The rent price continued to go up from when I looked at the post online to when we visited the property. I would contact the property company but they keep that info private, I can see why. When handed an application it was dirty with food.

Rude front desk lady: Goes against what’s posted

The rude lady we set an appointment with was saying the rent was higher then what was posted and it shows free utilities included and she said otherwise. When I mentioned that she said: (well then apartments.com) needs to update their webpage and hung up on me. Furthermore she set an appointment o for today to view the property and then went back on her word saying it wasn’t ready. I’m glad her true colors came out before I sighed 12 months with this lady.
