Management is bad for business.
July 16, 2025Management is very unprofessional. I applied twice due to their inability to be honest. One person from management states they have a backup list and waitlist. Another states there is no such thing of a backup list. Where is the money going? They’re making off your money through application fees. To make things better… the waitlist is 4 years long, why is it open? Just taking money left and right.Review from Apartments.com
Management is awful.
May 29, 2024The worst management I have ever experienced. They recently fired everyone in the management office and replaced them with people who are worse. I signed up to be transferred to a 2 bedroom unit from a 1 bedroom over a year ago and they told me that list does not exist. Every time I call they tell me a different lie. NOW there IS a waiting list. Even though apartments are available, they are not allowing me to transfer into a larger unit. It’s an absolute nightmare trying to get in contact ...with anyone.
