The Worst of the Worst
January 11, 2021I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one. First let start off with when I first applied I was told that I would be getting a renovated apartment that came with everything new however that was not the case when I moved it The cabinets were painted over, the toilets was the same, no new appliances, hardwood flooring was thrown together anytime it rains the glue from underneath come up. These apartments has had at least 5 different managers in which they all were extremely rude and was not willing ...to help the tenants. The only plus is the amount of space there is THATS IT!! Don’t do it
June 28, 2018I agree with the last review management is really horrible. They ignore calls and are never unavailable for concerns you may have. Frequent break-ins of your home and car. Also they are very slow on fixing things, if they ever get to it.Review from Apartments.com
My worst rental experience yet.
July 29, 2015I tend to stay in rentals. My first one I was in for nearly a decade and another I spent almost five years in. The Village of Sycamore Ridge will drag their feet about fixing everything, including outright ignoring your calls. The property manager is never in the office and after I reported them for code violations they kicked me out. I'm thrilled to be leaving the garbage-infested place. Enjoy the bugs from the constantly over flowing dumpsters and the pool that's never open!Review from Apartments.com
