April 19, 2026Applied to be a roommate with someone who has been locked in a lease for 8 months. They never missed payments, already on time. We were told 2 different things regarding the application fee from the staff. After the application was ran i was not approved because of my credit. But since the person on the lease has already been locked in and never missed any payments you would think credit wouldn’t matter, that this was simply adding me to the lease. Terrible experience.
