The unit I selected initially had a different layout than expected and was noted on day of move in which caused a bit of angst. Tanya was quick to offer a transfer into a different unit that matched layout expectations as soon as one was ready as while I stayed in the originally selected unit. Move in has been smooth! Jessica has been amazing!! A couple hiccups: it was an apparent miscommunication with the other women at the front desk the day of. She was a little rude and initially refused to grant the $1000 gift card we were offered upon signing, but she did end up honoring it. Wifi for residents was not working well when I first tried in the clubhouse and doesn’t seem to properly reach outside or poolside (not a huge deal but slightly disappointing)x Otherwise, everyone has ...

I love VATR!! Everything is very clean all the time, and staff is very helpful. Maintenance is fast. Trash pickup is very convenient. The parking is really nice as well. I love having a carport spot.
