November 30, 2024Lucy was extremely helpful! After loading and adding detergent I realized my washer wasn’t working. Although it wasn’t an emergency Lucy had maintenance come right away I had to go to work in a few hours so I was elated. The maintenance person was very helpful as well. After being told my thermostat was working correctly and it wasn’t. He fixed it and I was able to have heat after a week of freezing. Very happy with service received.Property Manager Responded
