Good place and friendly staff but older units need better maintenance . Nice surrounding area close to TXST, and shuttle access. Overall nice

I've had overall a really fun and good experience living here. The rent is cheap and the property is only upgrading and getting better. I've lived here for about 2 years now and very likely am going to renew my lease again

Apartments are okay overall, but there are lots of insects on the stairs that need to be addressed. The apartments are generally okay and comfortable, but there’s a major issue with insects on the stairs. Regular pest control or cleaning would really help improve it.
