Couldn’t move in a day early because I was told they were “preparing” it, yet was really dirty come move-in day. Other than that it’s been great!

I like it here, A few things need to be fixed before I can just love it 100%. Management is good but maintenance is a bit slow when it comes to priority things like PEST CONTROL.

The living isn’t bad and the community is nice and welcoming. They haven’t fun and exciting events to attend to. I will say you will struggle with living with these roaches that they don’t tell you about.

It’s what you pay for but it’s livable besides constant roach infestations and ac that barely works as well as the “renovation”s done to the apartment are barely worth the stay.

The place was nice obviously a lil dusty and a few things that were a easy fix the only bad thing was there being bugs when we got here and having to deal with them

Lots of issues when I moved in like broken ac, leaking ceiling of my restroom and roach problem. Maintenance was quick to though but it’s still annoying to deal with.

Maintenance took a while and there are some slight issues with the apartment. Damages on the walls and doors. However, everything else with the apartment is good.

he toilet water pressure is bad and washers don’t work well other than that it’s good. Front office people are quite nice and has a nice pool.

The apartments are really nice, and it feels like i'm at home. If you have an issue in the apartment it gets fixed quickly. I had an issue with my toilet and it was fixed in less than a day.
