Im not one to exaggerate and this place is the ABSOLUTE BEST.

It is not an overstatement to say that this is the greatest place I’ve ever lived at. I have lived all of my adult years moving from complex to complex and the management here has made me feel like I never want to move again. The complex itself and the shared areas like the pools and such are fantastic BUT Linda and Denise at the leasing office are one of the main reasons why we love living here. They have gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us every single time we’ve needed it, they do the most fun ...
and creative amazing event nights happen and the vibe at those is always very fun and they even gave us a present after we got married!! We absolutely love living here and would recommend this place to anyone we know in a heartbeat

I’ve been at the Villas for over 2 years now, and love it. The office staff are always welcoming and spend time listening to the residents. The community is friendly, and there are frequent activities to get residents together. Apartments are nice and good sized.

Very Noisy

Extremely Noisy . Loud Modified Cars .Extreme Noise.Moving out of this place asap its awful after 9 years it has gone Down Hill fast just in a couple years. Landlord has no intentions of resolving the hideous noise . Ceiling fan under bed room makes Humming noise ,very very bad. Not Luxury AT All. Gates broken for years probly 6 years at least have not been fixed. almost slammed on car door when one side gets broken now they dont work at all. Dog poo all over the place. You are going to need ear ...

Unbelievable Customer Service!!

We have lived at the Villas for about 2 years and have always received great customer service! From the maintenance crew, Eric, to the front office, Brandon, to the very owner, Robert!! Robert has been so accommodating and friendly, something in an owner's personality that we've never seen before. As soon as I walked through the office doors I felt like I was at home. Not only is the property itself lovely, but the staff is welcoming and very helpful! They understood my concerns and answered all of my questions with a smile. The management is just incredible and the maintenance staff gets things done promptly and it's done very well. My girlfriend and I have lived here for over a year now and it has been the perfect place to live! The staff in the office is great and Robert, the manager, will go out of his way to make sure you are happy! Even in the most stressful situations he will make you laugh and feel better about what's going on. The maintenance is top notch and quick with getting your requests done. It is a very quiet community with a lot of friendly neighbors which is always nice! The groundskeeper I think is out ...
there 24/7 trimming bushes and blowing away leaves to make it look as beautiful as it does! If you are looking at apartments you should definitely stop here! It may be a little out of your price range, but it is well worth it!

Wonderful complex

The Villas at Mountain Vista Ranch are really pretty great. I have been here for a year and just renewed my lease. I live right at the front of the complex, near the pool & playground which you would think would be noisy- but it is surprisingly quiet and I honestly feel super safe in this complex. I have never had any problems, I rarely see unfamiliar faces in the complex and the office staff are always friendly & accommodating. The rent is prices fairly for the amenities offered & I love that ...
there is a 3 bedroom option if you need more space. My parking spot is close to my apartment and there are plenty of open visitor spots nearby all the time, unlike some other complexes where you have to spend forever searching for a spot and end up parking a mile away. The apartment was clean when I moved in & I honestly plan to stay here for a while.

Everything was just wonderful

We have lived at the Villas for a few months, and could not be happier. Robert and his staff is amazing, they go above and beyond to assist the residents. The entire community is well maintained, the apartment was clean and beautiful, the location is convenient as well. We enjoyed living at the Villas so much and would highly recommend for anyone.

We have lived here for almost a year now, we just renewed our lease. The location is great, it is close to so many things. The office staff is so friendly and very helpful. The maintenance staff are friendly and take care of service requests right away as well as they do an exceptional job! The apartment is very upgraded, carpet, floors, counters and fixtures. The noise is minimal. All things considered, I give this community an A rating.
