I love the location of these units. Very close to any kind of grocery shopping, whether you go to the vanilla stores or the niche, Wholefoods-type stores. The mall is a few hundred feet to the nortg and there is a great brewery to the south. Nice, safe neighborhood for your family. This is a very well-kept community. The foliage is diverse and is maintained beautifully. The pool is always a picturesque, translucent blue color that my body just itches to be in all day everyday. The gym isn't ...
overly large, but given that this is a small community, it is never crowded and I am never inhibited on leg days. There is adequate space for the free style workouts as well. The demographics are spread out fairly well. There isn't one age range that you could pin down. There are many young couples, older couples, and families so there is a little bit of everything. The pool goers are all quite amicable. Lastly, I like the safe feeling of this gated community. There is always a guard driving around late at night looking for instigators.
