Save Your Sanity
May 13, 2023I’ve lived here since October 2022 and have had the WORST experience, even after Green Water bought them out. If management is your problem maybe consider hiring people who know what they’re doing. Maintenance is a joke, something will be fixed for 24 hours and goes back to being broken. Useless Property Management
October 6, 2022I would NEVER recommend anyone to live here unless you like being walked all over and completely ignored. My car has been broken into 3 times within 6 months of living here and they have done nothing to help me at all. They advertise this is a safe secure place when its so far from it. They will even come in your unit after you specifically tell them not to, I don't knows why they even give you options if they are always going to do what they want anyways. The apartments are also constructed soo ...poorly but look visually appealing so yet you're gonna always need something fixed. Definitely not worth the rent at all when I can't even come home and feel safe ever. Unacceptable conditions
May 5, 2022During the months I have lived here I have had many issues, most that have not been fixed yet. Tonight while going for a walk I noticed a very angry neighbor. After talking to him, I realize that it is not just my apartment. I proceeded to talk to a few others that were out this evening, and realize that are 4-6 apartments that have near unlivable issues, they keep getting told will be fix eventually. Great place location wise horrible managment
June 22, 2018The management here is horrible like literally. Always providing wrong information to there tenants and then when you call them out on it. Then they give you a nonchalant answer and nothing ever gets done. They dont care about the property o the tenants you can tell they are there for a check only. They keep raising the price out of nowhere for the rent and fees. Its probably becuase everybody is leaving and moving out of this horrible place.Review from Apartments.com
Good location, decent neighbors, questionable management
September 14, 2015We've lived here 2 years. We have a 2Br/2Ba and our rent has increased every year we've signed a new lease. We currently pay $825 for rent and water. The management when we first moved in was great. Everyone who worked in the business office and on the maintenance staff were great. They were friendly and super quick to handle any issues. The past year, however, has greatly declined. There is new management and new maintenance. It's almost impossible to get anyone on the phone, so you have to go ...to the office with any problems. The grounds are well kept. The pool is nice, but isn't cleaned as often as it should be, and the hot tub has been broken for a year. Several work order requests have to be made before anyone even comes to assess the problem, then they say they'll be back to fix it and never do. I would not recommend this place to a friend.
