Great Staff!
December 6, 2018The manager, Ms. Amy is one of a kind, she always strives to keep the living space of the apartments orderly and tidy. When she sees the people of the apartments she always talks to them freely and welcomes new customers with open arms. Anytime I find anything broken or not working properly I report it to her and in less than an hour she has someone over there to fix it. As long as she's there she guarantees a good living space. Definitely worth the money
September 2, 2015I have been living at the Villas at Ashton Square since December. We have a very unique situation in our household and the property manager was more than accommodating, even with our pets! They are very friendly, constantly trying to improve the grounds, and are quick with repairs when needed! The apartment complex has a bus stop right outside of the entrance and it's within walking distance to a Publix, Walgreens, Home Depot, and much more!
