Don’t move here
June 10, 2021Do not move in here! I moved mid-covid and unfortunately didn’t have many options, this place didn’t seem SO bad at first but it’s awful a hard has gotten worse in the last 10 months. There is trash everywhere, people throw food and crap (chicken bones?!) in the grass and sidewalk areas, I’ve had to take my dog to the ER multiple times to remove bones from his throat. Management doesn’t care one bit about anything. They’re doing a bunch of renovations to make this place nicer but are actually ...just making it worse, they tore down all the trees, the grass is constantly being torn up so there’s mud everywhere, additional trash from the renovations, and there’s constant noise ALL THE TIME from construction, 7 days a week starting at 6:30am There are bugs in my apartment even though I clean a lot, and had the pest control guys come but it has gotten worse and it is nearly impossible to get pest control to scheduled again There used to be one person in the office who was very nice and super helpful but she’s gone and everyone else is rude and does not care about the residents one bitRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
Good Luck Apartments
February 15, 2020These apartments have an unfriendly staff. The maintenance dept. are a joke. On the surface they appear to look good. Do not rent from them you will be sorry. The noise from Lockheed is a major problem. Everyone has moved out as soon as they took over.Property Manager Responded
March 12, 2020Hello, thank you for your 5 star review. We are under new mgmt and going through community interior and exterior renovations. One of our advantages is our location, we are near the AFB and easy access to nearby cities where our residents work and play.
