Do not move in here! I moved mid-covid and unfortunately didn’t have many options, this place didn’t seem SO bad at first but it’s awful a hard has gotten worse in the last 10 months. There is trash everywhere, people throw food and crap (chicken bones?!) in the grass and sidewalk areas, I’ve had to take my dog to the ER multiple times to remove bones from his throat. Management doesn’t care one bit about anything. They’re doing a bunch of renovations to make this place nicer but are actually ...
just making it worse, they tore down all the trees, the grass is constantly being torn up so there’s mud everywhere, additional trash from the renovations, and there’s constant noise ALL THE TIME from construction, 7 days a week starting at 6:30am
There are bugs in my apartment even though I clean a lot, and had the pest control guys come but it has gotten worse and it is nearly impossible to get pest control to scheduled again
There used to be one person in the office who was very nice and super helpful but she’s gone and everyone else is rude and does not care about the residents one bit
