Brand new houses.
November 13, 2024The Villas at Golf Coast are a hidden gem! These aren’t just apartments; they’re actual houses offered at apartment prices, making it an incredible deal. The homes are brand new, and some of them have never even been occupied because they were just built. Carlina, the property manager, is absolutely fantastic. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and goes above and beyond to make the leasing process smooth and stress-free. Of course, as with any brand-new construction, there might be minor ...imperfections here and there, but that’s to be expected. Overall, the quality and value far outweigh any small issues.Property Manager Responded
