  • Villas at Hampton was a great decision!

    Villas At Hampton has been a great place to live. I relocated from out of state back in the mid-west. Robin assisted me every step of the way. Most of it handled by email and phone. She is an asset, without doubt. She always greets everyone as they come in the office (if she's not busy), and she has already been very friendly and open. I moved in mid June 2018 and the same level of care I got when applying and moving in, I still continually receive. All the office and maintenance staff are very ...
    friendly and informative. I have never encountered any negative staff behavior or quality issues within my apartment unit. I am currently leasing a 1309 sq ft unit with a garage and it is VERY spacious! The floor plan layout is nearly perfect! My son and I enjoyed the pool and fitness center here, and the grounds are absolutely well kept and beautiful. I have not had any bug problems or mold issues that some have mentioned in other reviews. I have seen ants & spiders in the garage, but the apartments are near woods/trees so of course bugs are expected. No biggie. I had a couple things that required maintenance (non emergency), and they were handled very timely and very courteously. Simply requested maintenance via the "app", and within a couple days, the work order was completed with no issues. Rent payment is also so easy just using the app. I am a happy resident. If I wasn't downsizing and relocating again the summer, I would definitely renew my lease without hesitation. For me, Villas at Hampton was a great decision! - Patricia Lewis

  • Poor Quality for a high price

    August 28, 2017
    Only cosmetic work has been done to units since it was built. There are cracks around the windows and above the doorways. The HVAC system is built so the room furthest away from the device can never be properly cooled or heated. The property is "gated" but the gates are often left open because they have malfunctioned. The gates also don't extend around the entire area so you could park your car and just walk on through. The pool appears to have no filtration system and has far too many bugs ...
    floating in it at all times. The breezeways are all dirty, and they have no one who cleans them on a daily, weekly, or even monthly basis. There are roaches EVERYWHERE. They are in every apartment and when you walk outside you will see them scatter into the scrubs. The landscaping is poorly done. Not sure where the money goes when they raise rents every year but save money and go elsewhere. We will be moving out as soon as our lease ends just like everyone else here has

  • It's all bad.....

    Don't move here management is horrible they do what they want and if u call just be fore the office closes u can for get it they stay behind on work orders they can't keep tenants because they do a lot of illegal stuff there is breaking in cars it's a bad drug infested area the courtesy officer never shows up when u call And when u have a issue Coorprate office and management will only lie and blow smoke up your u know what there's mold in the units they don't pressure wash or keep the buildings ...
    clean but wanna charger high rent and go up on the rent every year 9% And they have snake issues it's built on swamp type land so if u complain about a snake when there are children in the apartment complex good luck cause they only gone say its a act of nature but they call this luxury Apts luxury my A__ ok do your self a favor by pass this place it's a head ache that want go away and it's not worth the money!!!!

  • Villas at Hampton

    It's a decent apartment complex. Nothing too fancy, but it's what I can afford as a High School teacher. They just raised rent 9%, which should be illegal!! That is why I give them a 3. I've moved every year since I was 17, so I wasn't up for another one and decided to stay anyway. Other than that, it's gated, has a pool, all pretty average. Management is usually really nice and maintenance is good. It's a safe apartment complex and no crazy bug problems or anything like that.
