Almost unlivable
November 10, 2019Where to start? 1. First day of move in, leaks from the ceiling, maintenance comes and says " its from the air conditioning" 4-6 weeks later water start forming a bubble in one of molding from the kitchen. Water is also coming from the walls 3 out 4 rooms have leaked. 2. Management and Maintenance- We have go through 2 managers and 3 maintenance people within the 4 months I have been here. first guy was fired due to shady dealings with people around the complex. 3. Water- They have been "fixing" ...the hot water system for about nearly half a year. First couple months we didn't have Hot water, it was either luke warm or cold. 4. Environment- the complex says curfew is 10pm on weekdays and 11pm on weekends. Loud music till nearly 2am, fighting, windows breaking due to crazy neighbors, constant yelling, prostitution, and drug deals caught on multiple accounts, trash and used needles flood the parking lot. Forced to call police on multiple accounts of domestic violence and violation of curfew. 5. "Gated Community"- Theres a gate but the gate doesn't work AT ALL, we have random civilians coming and going out of the property, people digging in our dumpsters. Homeless people sleeping in the laundry room. Speaking on laundry room, most machine are broken and not working, taking your money, and being harassed by other tenants. Management says "gate is being fixed" but nothing has changed since being here. **DO NOT RECOMMEND!**Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 19, 2019Me and my husband has been living here a year. Area not so great but improvements have been done here lately. The manager and owners are sweet ladies. The community is changing and there will be a gym and code access soon.Review from Apartments.com

June 27, 2019My husband just moved in to Villas at Mueller. I was very pleased with the apartment, very warm and welcoming and the way that they updated it is great because my furniture looks fabulous in there! I have asked for a couple of things to be fixed and the maintenance guy came over the same day and fixed it. The ladies in the office are very friendly and helpful. We can see that they are doing a lot of things around the property too! The new outdoor grilling area is great!Review from Apartments.com
