Cheaply Constructed/Poor Management

Overpriced for cheap materials. All the trim which appears to be wood is a cheap mush particle board. The drywall doesn't even appear to be painted as it scuffs very easily. For the square footage they have a very small HVAC system.
Management is awful to deal with, a year was enough for us. Don't waste your time or money.

I toured this listing earlier this week and am hoping to get the papers signed and to get the keys and for this townhouse to be in my name. Ready for a new life for my Daughter and I! Hopefully it goes through! Fingers crossed. Thx for all your help!

Disappointed in Management

We applied to live here and could never get in touch with anyone at the property once we applied. Our application was denied and even though it said the administration fee would be refunded upon denial we have not received one. The property itself is beautiful but it costs over 300 dollars just to apply (family of 2).
