Absolutely love living here. The staff makes you feel like family, and the neighbors are wonderful. The grounds are always picked up, and the landscaping is so pretty. Great place to walk, and you can't beat the location. I highly recommended living here.

I’ve had an amazing experience living at Villas at Oak Crest! The management team is professional, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests. The property is clean, well-maintained, and feels very safe. Great place

We have lived here almost 6 years and love it . The office and maintenance people are great . If something needs to be repaired , it is done within the day you let them know There are events and contests going on every month , from monthly bingo, / egg hunts at Easter/pizza parties and opening day pool parties . The complex has more green spaces to walk and enjoy than any other complex I have seen and the grounds are kept well manicured .It is also VERY dog friendly, and the girls in the office ...
and maintenance know the dogs by name and greet , pet and give treats when they see them , which is a huge thing for this dog momma .

Great office and maintenance staff!

The best office staff ever! Nothing can compare to these ladies. Sheri and Jessica are always helpful, nice, and very professional. If there is anything that I need, they always find a way to help me out. The maintenance staff makes sure that the grounds are kept clean, and they fix things in a timely manner. My neighbors are nice and respectful. I have really enjoyed living in this community for the past 2 1/2 years.

The Office Staff, Sheri, Jessica and Sonya are always friendly to help with any request and planning parties for the entire complex. The Maintenance Staff, Steve and Bobby are always ready to get to any work order and promptly no matter what time of the day or night (such as 3:00am) they get the job done and with a friendly smile when they leave after cleaning up after themselves.

This apartment is accessible to everything we need. Mr Bobby attends right away to our maintenance needs. Miss Sheri in the reception is so helpful and approachable. Il give the 5 star for their quality service. It is our first time here in Chattanooga and My family is thankful we landed first in villas at oak crest. We feel at home here.

Great staff!

The staff ( front office- Jessica and Sherri) and the maintenance crew (Bobby and Steve) are so friendly and polite! Work orders quickly resolved. Grounds are kept up well and clean. We lived here 10 years ago and are back again because of the good experience.
