Wonderful 9 years living here at the Villas at Oak Crest. My husband and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. The entire staff is great. Maintenance is always prompt and efficient, and the office staff is always warm and friendly. If I could give them a 10 star rating I would. If you are looking for a great place to call home, The Villas is your place!

Anytime you need something done the front office always gets it done within a day if not sooner! Maintenance is very knowledgeable and get things done correctly! Overall I would recommend this place! Very friendly front office and staff! The best part is all the surprises for holidays and food trucks we get! 20 of 10 review!

The people who take care of this property, love it dearly, every single weekday there are people picking up trash to keep the property clean. The pet station is changed very frequently so there is no odor.Management is very helpful as well as maintenance. Some maintenance staff even live on property, we have lived in many apartment from Knoxville all the way to Chattanooga and this place is by far the most friendly. It’s close to everything you would need and the people who live here and work ...

Decent apartment and very helpful management

I am very thankful with the administration. My apartment had some issues with the wood from the bath room and the dishwasher, but the issues were fixed very quickly. The ladies at the office are super helpful. The location of the complex is very good, right in the middle bewteen various shoping sites and my work. Also is very easy to access. I just wish there was more safety, at least camera posts in every entrance. So far, I am very happy with the community.

Sheri, at the leasing office, was very helpful and accommodating in the process of looking through apartments! With all the stress of finding the right place as a first time renter Sheri made it very easy to understand the leasing agreement and all associated fees in the application process, she also was very easy to get ahold of with all of my questions and needs and helped us find the perfect fit! The apartments themselves are very beautiful and the entire complex is very well taken care of and ...

The maintenance staff provides EXCELLENT service. The office team is to be commended for their courteous and standard leasing practices. Grounds are manicured and kept beautiful; the gym and pools help, too. As a resident, I feel safe and appreciate my nice neighbors. Overall, this place is a great place to live!

Absolutely love living here. The staff makes you feel like family, and the neighbors are wonderful. The grounds are always picked up, and the landscaping is so pretty. Great place to walk, and you can't beat the location. I highly recommended living here.

Great place

We have lived here almost 6 years and love it . The office and maintenance people are great . If something needs to be repaired , it is done within the day you let them know There are events and contests going on every month , from monthly bingo, / egg hunts at Easter/pizza parties and opening day pool parties . The complex has more green spaces to walk and enjoy than any other complex I have seen and the grounds are kept well manicured .It is also VERY dog friendly, and the girls in the office ...

and maintenance know the dogs by name and greet , pet and give treats when they see them , which is a huge thing for this dog momma .
