I have been living here for 3 years and I have had many many companies and different Technicians come and go. The last week or so I actually see work being doing around the grounds. A new Tech by the name of Rj spent 2 hours in my unit. He got my sink unclogged after 3 weeks of waiting and me a new and better fridge after being without one for 3 months, The PM Bobbie has been professional and does not run when Residents come in. Thank you all!!!!

Do not move here ! At first i thought these where some great apartments but it’s not ! I didn’t get to see my unit before i moved in they changed my unit a day before move in very unprofessional! I have been in my apartment since September 11,2020 it’s September 28,2020 and maintenance still have came and fixed my stuff. The toilet was leaking , my sink was going down slow, my walls was dirty. Please save yourself time and don’t move here !

The apartment was nice, but, too far in the back & it took almost two months for my renovated items to be put in my apartment which should've been there in the first place. They would take their precious time fixing things & couldn't keep a maintenance staff.. Then, they told me the wrong prorated amount & I had to pay extra money. I would recommend not living in the back & close to the front. Also, STAY on top of your WORK ORDERS, & be sure to look at the apartment before moving in!! Ms.Olga ...

January 2019 there was a shooting on this property and someone was murdered on the lawn. I currently live here and there is always shooting on this property. There is no phone number to reach security after hours. It takes forever for police to get to the property. Another major issue is that when you report problems to the leasing office, they never respond. I reported noisy and filthy neighbors who urinate and leave tobacco and trash on the property and no warning was sent to the neighbor ...

and so the problem continue because the manager does not show any concern when you make a report.

If you have kids and have to work hard for your money this is a bad place this for some reason these apartment are always flooding the maintenance crew get fired every single week and nothing never get fix also it’s a roach infested apartment and every time you are the cause of everything that’s going’s wrong you can never go out the door without weed smoke hitting you in the face and the people that works in the office have horrible attitude And can you care less about anything that goes on ...

When i went to sign my lease and do my walk thru they were still in the apartment painting, one of the workers made a joke about there being bugs in the apartment. She said they would be done before the end of the day, when i came back later that night i just so happened to open the refrigerator. To my surprise there was moldy food still in there, the stove still had oven cleaner inside, Took them 4 days to get me another refrigerator. I have been there 2 months and i still have yet to get a new ...

oven or a dish washer , my ac has been out for 2 weeks they keep coming by to check it and keep saying they will order a new unit .. smh i wish i never moved over there. AVOID AT ALL COSTS I RATHER STAY IN A MOTEL. I WOULD RATE ZERO STARS BUT I CANT

We haven't been here three months we have Plumbing problem it don't fix nothing we have no hot water they have all type of people walking in your place you stay in they give me your keys the other people do not move here it is not a good place for your kids to live it's not safe at all

Today is March 6th 2018, I’ve been a resident since November and all the while I’ve been going back and forth talking to property management, district management, the people in the office don’t care, maintenance won’t ever get around to anything you submit. I’ve had no heat since I’ve stayed in here ( 5 months no heat) along with other problems.. even talked to the maintenance manager and yet here I am, living in a cold apartment with empty promises from everyone I’ve ever talked to.
