I would not recommend these apt. To ANYONE HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT they need to be replaced they don’t fix any of your problems they don’t care about their tenants! Just absolutely horribleeeeee

The only problem I have with these apartments is the fact they never answer their phones. When you need to put in a work order, you can’t call in orders, you have to download an app on your phone to do so. I placed an order a month ago, and the only reason why maintenance came to service, is the simple fact I had to run them down while leaving for work. Last but not least, office hours are from 9-5:30, however I just tried to come in the office about five minutes ago and they’re still closed. If ...
they’re short staffed like they claim to be then they need to hire more staff to service the tenants that live here. It’s ridiculous.

I wouldn’t recommend nobody to stay in dese apartments they have break ins they busted my window out my car 2 times n I told the office manager nothing was did about it asked to buy a 2nd parking sticker because of the break ins she said no don’t show no type of curtesy to the residents gates are broken was broken when I moved in it’s been about a year n a half now pool doesn’t work never have worked kids are horrible destroys the property equipment spray paints on the buildings eggs and play ...

bed bugs!!

I rent from them last year i brought new furniture. I found bed bugs on the borders of the walls and in the carpet. When I brought it to the assistant managers attention she tried to blame me for bringing them. I talked to some of the residents come to find out a handful of them had bed bugs too and the Apartments was taking forever to do something about it. there were trying to charge residents for extermination! End up breaking my lease and throw in my brand new furniture away I was just so ...

A nightmare to live in not everywhere else I go I have an exterminator that I pay $65 out of my own pocket for them to inspect my apartment for bed bugs. cuz I never want to live this nightmare again worst apartment complex ever!! and worst assistant manager ever I believe her name is Diane!!

I went to check this complex out the have a income restriction on how much you require to live there, which I think was you cannot make over 30k a year. Then there was the grounds they are not maintained the dumpsters were over filled with trash all around the dumpster and kids were running around unattended

I am not a current resident but I have seen this place for a year, I can say that I've been drooling to finish my actual lease and move to Villas at Shaver, this place is magnificent and clean, I went once when I was looking around for rent a year ago and the lady who works there is a heart with legs, so adorable.
